cup unsalted butter (no substitutes)

cups flour

cup icing sugar

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Mix together butter, flour and sugar. Beat for 10 minutes with electric mixer.
Step 3
Place teaspoon sized portions of batter on baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to brown.
