ounce London dry gin

ounce sweet vermouth

ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

ounce Rich Honey Syrup

drops rosewater

large handful of ice

dried rosebud, for garnish (optional)

Step 1
Pour all ingredients except ice, Scotch and garnish into a cocktail shaker. Rinse a chilled coupe glass with Scotch. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer into the prepared glass. If using rosebud garnish,
float overtop.
